Bamboo & Banana Leaves, Bamboo is one of those plants that has a Zen quality, so it's always been on my list to paint. There is a small stand of golden bamboo behind some bananas bordering the property where I live. When the light back lights the bamboo leaves it imparts a stained glass effect, and I wanted to capture that.
