More commonly moth orchids with yellow throats have larger flowers, but there is something captivating about white orchids with red, burgundy and magenta throats not so often seen.  Normally, I use a neutral background, but in this case I liked the idea of a deep aqua background to highlight the sensuous colors of the orchid's throats.
